Andrew Walter
Head Brewer
Andrew leads all brewing operations at The Brewery at Tirrito Farm, overseeing recipe development, production planning, quality control, and cellar operations.
From award-winning lagers to hop-forward IPAs and seasonal specialties, Andrew’s focus is on brewing beers that balance technical excellence with drinkability. His commitment to quality and innovation continues to shape the brewery’s growing reputation throughout Arizona.
Alejandro
Brewer
Alejandro plays a key role in day-to-day brewery operations, helping guide each batch from raw ingredients to finished beer. His work includes milling grain, assisting with brewing, monitoring fermentation, transferring beer, and supporting cellar operations.
Whether he’s preparing the brewhouse, managing fermentation tanks, or helping maintain quality throughout the process, Alejandro’s attention to detail helps ensure every beer meets the standards of The Brewery at Tirrito Farm.

Oray
Cellar & Distribution Specialist
Oray helps keep beer moving from the brewery to customers across Arizona. His responsibilities include keg washing, keg filling, cellar support, inventory management, and preparing beer for distributor shipments.
Behind every clean draft pour is a tremendous amount of work, and Oray plays a critical role in maintaining quality throughout the packaging and distribution process. From the cellar to the loading dock, he helps ensure Tirrito Farm beer reaches customers fresh and ready to enjoy.
Derek
Canning & Packaging Specialist
Derek plays a key role in bringing Tirrito Farm beer from the cellar to the customer. He oversees canning and packaging operations, helping ensure every can meets our standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.
From preparing packaging materials and operating the canning line to monitoring product quality and coordinating finished inventory, Derek helps keep production moving efficiently and reliably.

Christian
Sales & Brand Development
Christian serves as the bridge between The Brewery at Tirrito Farm and the customers who enjoy our beer across Arizona. He leads sales efforts, manages key account relationships, coordinates events, and helps expand the brewery’s presence in retail, restaurant, and hospitality markets.
Beyond sales, Christian works closely with the brewing team on small-batch and specialty beer development, helping turn new ideas into unique releases that showcase the creativity and character of Tirrito Farm.
